Have ridden this route many times before and it's always one of my favorites. Makes you want to purchase a home along this route!
I've ridden this road with my father and brother who live in Glendale (Phoenix). It's one of the most memorable. High enough elevation so the climate is temporal. Dissapointing if you get caught behind a truck or slow driver. Very challenging.
