Starts near Public House at Wombourne Brickbrige Lane,passing along Smestow Bridge on Bridgnorth Rd (W/Bourne)Ludstone - Crossing A454 at roundabout,2nd left (right hand side of pub,then passing by more Countryside, Chesterton & it's Golf Course. Further on be aware of narrowing roads in dips (Cars may be coming too swiftly the other way),at Filling Station traffic island turn right,heading to Brocton & Shifnal,bearing right then passing The Hem,The Wyke & bearing left slowing down as you enter Shifnal. It's then back out on towards Heath Hill & A41,passing Crackley Bank,Sherrifhales,Hilton Bank & Heath Hill,Then turning right on the A41 take the left turn,taking you through to the A5. Turn Left at A5 Then 2nd right into Horsebrook LANE meandering into Bargate LANE,Brewood,turn left into 'Bargate STREET',Down 'Sandy Lane',going/bearing right into 'The Pavement' at end turn Left into 'Coven Road' until reaching Crossroads,Turn Right into 'PORT LANE' watching out for Single Track Bridge Port Lane carries on down Countryside dips & around sweeping bends for a while,passing the Giffords Chillington Area (watch out for the slowing visitors)then over the M54 Motorway & past crossroads down the slight incline(be wary at this crossroads) & into 'Watery Lane' then over the Brook and into Bilbrook-Codsall villages border & built up area,over Roundabout,then turn right up into 'Sandy Lane',bearing sharp left at brow of Sandy Lane hill (narrow section),carry on steady passing St.Nicholas Church ,bearing left again,then downhill along 'Church Road' at bottom of Church Rd take a left turn into 'Bakers Way'passing 'Pedestrian Crossing' & coming onto mini roundabout turn right into Codsall Village,finishing by "The Bull" public house (with Benches grassed Gardens),'The Crown'with Local Shops also including Chippy,more shops around corner plus 2 Clubs WallBank,Paper Shop etc &'The Station Pub' at Codsall Station. Then maybe take one of my swifter rides re - "Codsall Wood To Telford" from Codsall Through Codsall Wood/Bishops Wood,taking the A5 to the back of Telford area ?
